Professional landing page design: what to prepare before ordering

Once you know you need a landing page, the speed and quality of professional landing page design depend mostly on what you bring to the first conversation. A designer can shape and sharpen your offer, but cannot invent it. These are the things worth preparing before you ask.

The one action you want

Write down, in one sentence, what a visitor should do at the end of the page: send a WhatsApp message, book a call, fill a short form, register or buy. If you find yourself listing three actions, choose one. Every headline, section and button will be judged by whether it moves the visitor towards that single step, so it has to be decided before design starts.

Who arrives and from where

Describe the visitor and the source: an advert on a social network, a search result, a link in a message, a QR code at an event. Bring the advert text if it exists. The top of the page must continue the promise the visitor clicked on, in the same words and the same tone, or they will leave thinking they landed in the wrong place.

Your offer in plain words

What exactly is included, for whom, how it is delivered, and what happens after the visitor takes action. Then list the questions people ask you before they say yes, and your honest answers. These questions become the sections of the page. If you sell on WhatsApp already, your past conversations are the best source for them.

Proof you can actually show

Real photos of your work or product, permission to show any client names or reviews, certificates or memberships you hold, and the people behind the business. Collect only what is true and what you are allowed to publish. A page without proof can still work if it is clear; a page with invented proof loses trust the moment someone checks.

Brand files and access

Your logo in good quality, colours and fonts if you have them, and the domain where the page will live. If an advert account or analytics will track the page, know who manages it so the right codes can be added. Decide who will receive the messages or form entries, and check that the number or email is the one you really answer.

How I handle it

I start with these questions, then design the page in Figma, and you approve it before the build starts. I build on WordPress with Elementor Pro or in custom code, and you get the dashboard to edit text and images yourself. A brochure site starts from $100, and anything larger is priced after the brief. For the first seven days you can stop and get your payment back in full, and support lasts 180 days from launch. Tell me about your offer and I reply within 24 hours.
